  • Dick has extensive experience in all aspects of labour and employment law.
  • More recently Dick has become involved in estate planning, trusts, winding up deceased estates and drafting of wills for local and foreign clients.
  • He advises and acts for a broad range of corporate, institutional, commercial, and private clients as well as local authorities and non-governmental organisations.



Career Overview

  • Dick completed his articles at Fairbridges and served as candidate attorney under two senior practitioners in the litigation and employment departments. He was admitted as an attorney in 1989 and initially worked in the litigation department.
  • He specialised for many years in labour law and still practices in this area.


Dick is the Managing Director of the firm and a member of its Management Committee.  He plays a leadership role in all aspects of the firm’s strategic planning, management and administration, resource development and business relationships.

He is the Chairman of the board of directors of The St James Retirement Hotel and also serves as a non-executive director on the boards of other companies.
