Career Overview

  • Diane-Maree commenced her articles at Fairbridges in 2007 and served as candidate attorney under two senior practitioners in the litigation and employment departments. She was admitted as an attorney in 2009 and was appointed as an associate in the commercial litigation department.
  • She has experience in a number of areas of law but focuses on commercial disputes resolution, recoveries and insolvency law.
  • Amongst others, she has acted for creditors in liquidation matters and has for many years acted for a large insurance company’s recoveries department.
