  • Bob has extensive experience in dealing with both domestic and international clients in a wide variety of industries and areas of commercial law. This includes work on take-overs and mergers, black economic empowerment deals, outsourcing, compliance, the structuring and restructuring of businesses and the required regulatory, competition and tax law issues arising out of such transactions.
  • He has designed and drafted contracts and furnished strategic advice to meet the needs of clients in amongst others the property, petroleum, energy, financial services, beverage, banking, fishing, hotel, mining, telecoms and agriculture industries as well as the general commercial arena.



Career Overview

  • Bob has represented the firm with distinction at a number of TerraLex international conferences. In 2014 he expertly presented the case for investing in South Africa at BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) panel forums in Mumbai and Delhi, India.
  • Bob is currently a Director and Regional Vice-Chair of Terralex in charge of Africa and the Middle East.
