  • Bernard has been a practising attorney for over 45 years and has been involved in a number of significant local and offshore commercial transactions.
  • Bernard’s sphere of expertise embraces a knowledge of pharmacy law and related legislation and has advised on matters in connection therewith, including licencing requirements for the conduct of retail pharmacies;
  • Bernard has further advised on a number of BBBEE transactions, including the structuring thereof and the commercial vehicles used for this purpose.
  • Bernard is and has been a trustee of numerous inter vivos and testamentary trusts;
  • Bernard has been involved in a number of charitable organisations and was the Grand President of an International Charitable and Fraternal origination
